I offer one-on-one instruction or group sessions in private or corporate settings. I offer private instruction on a sliding scale depending upon the venue, number of people involved, and frequency of sessions.

Performance-Enhancing Yoga for Athletes
- increase your flexibility and develop your reflexes
- develop dynamic core power to support efficient balance and agility by controling movements from your center rather than the periphery
- develop the sustained mental focus required for staying in the peak or flow moments longer
- prevent injuries by keeping joints and tissue supple; heal injuries by reintroducing the elasicity of scar tissues
- strengthen supporting muscles that support major muscle groups for enhanced performance
Therapeutic Yoga for people with injuries
- become more receptive and aware of your body’s messages (Eg. pain, emotion, etc…) and learn how to respond appropriately
- strengthen weaker or injured muscle groups to balance muscle groups that have tended to over-compensate
- overcome fear resulting from injuries by working with the edges of painful sensation with respect and curiosity, building trust between the mind and body
Restorative Yoga for people who need help unwinding
- facilitate the body’s natural relaxation response through supportive use of props like bolsters, blankets, straps and essential oil aromatherapy (optional)
- release mental, emotional and physical tensions stored in your body
- learn breathing techniques designed to help you relax and cleanse your nervous system
